CardPayments

Payments for veterinary goods and services can be made by card either at the practice, over the phone or via a payment link in an email.  

All transactions are in GBP only.  

We accept both Visa, Maestro, JCB and Mastercard.

We accept payments using Apple Pay and Android Pay.  

REFund Policy

We sell no services or products online via our website.  However, we are happy to provide a refund for items purchased from the practice within 7 days of receipt of the goods, providing the items are returned in a saleable condition.

REcurring payments

We are unable to offer any credit arrangements at the practice.  However, in certain medical emergencies we can arrange for a maximum of four recurring payments to be made to pay for these services.  The maximum interval between installments is one month and the minimum is one week.

Should you wish to cancel a recurring payment at any time, please contact the practice where the remaining balance can be paid in full and the future payments cancelled.
